By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust dated October 21, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 7471, Page 0653 in the Clerk’s Office for the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County, VA, securing a loan which was originally $139,200.00. The appointed SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, Commonwealth Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County located at 9500 Courthouse Road on: April 2, 2018 at 10:30 AM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in Dale District, Chesterfield County, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Lot 18, Ashton Woods South, as shown on plat of subdivision entitled Ashton Woods South, made by Potts, Minter & Associates, P.C., Engineers, Land Surveyors and Land Planners, dated July 21, 1989, recorded January 5, 1990, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Chesterfield County, Virginia, in Plate Book 69, Page 48 and 49, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description, and as more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
