By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust dated January 17, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 7592, Page 0679 in the Clerk’s Office for the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County, VA, securing a loan which was originally $372,000.00. The appointed SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, Commonwealth Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County located at 9500 Courthouse Road on: March 12, 2018 at 10:30 AM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land lying and being in Manchester Magisterial District, County of Chesterfield, State of Virginia, containing 0.87 acre as shown on a plat made by W. W. LaPrade & Bros., Civil Engineers, dated April 27, 1948, recorded in Deed Book 335 at Page 285, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point on the northerly line of U.S. Highway Route No. 360, which point of beginning is distant thereon in an easterly direction 1000 feet from the center line of Falling Creek and which point is designated by a pin; thence North 31° 07’ West 180 feet to pin; thence North 58° 53’ East 210 feet to point; thence South 31° 07’ East 180 feet to pin on the northerly line of U.S. Highway Route No. 360; thence along the northerly line of said highway South 58° 53’ West 210 feet to the point and place of beginning. ORDER

The object of the above captioned suit is to forfeit to the Commonwealth the described property or currency pursuant to Va. Code § 19.2-386.1 et. seq.

It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that Wail Alsaidi, whose last known whereabouts were in Hazelton, Pennsylvania is a non- Virginia resident individual and it also appearing that the Commonwealth without effect used due diligence to ascertain the location of the remaining above -referenced Defendants in order to effect service of process, it is therefore ORDERED that ALL Defendants appear on or before April 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Circuit Court of the County of Chesterfield, 9500 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, Virginia 23832, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that the clerk mail a certified copy of this order to the defendants listed above at the addresses provided by affidavit filed, and that a certified copy be sent to the Commonwealth’s Attorney.
