Observer delivery delayed this week

Due to mechanical issues with our printing contractor, delivery of this week’s Observer is behind schedule. Newspapers that are delivered Tuesday are being pushed back to Wednesday (which includes much of our street distribution).

The Observer delivers 70,115 newspapers each week, with 64,035 of those copies delivered directly to homes in the county by a private distributor and the U.S. Post Office. The remaining copies are available at pickup locations throughout the county, including public libraries and the county government complex. (Find a full list of pickup locations here.)

Typically, papers are delivered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. This week’s schedule will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
