Police chase, catch two juveniles

Two male juveniles were arrested and taken into custody following a police chase that ended in a crash on March 29.

At about 10:25 a.m., police were notified that the juveniles appeared to be breaking into vehicles in the 10700 block of Midlothian Turnpike. Officers attempted to pull over the juveniles, who were driving a stolen vehicle, at Chesterfield Towne Center. The suspects didn’t stop, and headed west on Midlothian Turnpike instead.

The suspects then got on state Route 288 north, where they sideswiped a van. The van’s occupants were uninjured. The suspects then crashed through a guardrail and hit a utility pole after exiting 288 onto Huguenot Trail west. Charges are pending.

Prostitute and accomplice rob man at knife-point

A man was robbed at knife-point by two women on March 27 after soliciting sex from one of them.

At about 3 a.m., two women arrived at a residence in the 6300 block of Pewter Avenue in the Rollingwood Estates apartments. One of the women was a prostitute, according to police. She pulled out a knife and hit the victim. The other woman took money from his wallet.

One suspect is black, 24- to 34-years-old, about 5-foot-7 with a stocky build. She has curly black hair, and was wearing a black tank top and dark-colored pants. The other suspect is black, 5-foot-5 with a stocky build. She was wearing a gold tank top and dark-colored pants. Police are still looking for both suspects.
