In execution of a Deed of Trust in the name of Sylvester Battle, Jr. dated July 7, 2008, recorded as Deed Book 8409, at Page 294, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Chesterfield County, Virginia, which Noteholder is Branch Banking and Trust Company, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Chesterfield County Circuit Court, 9500 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, Virginia on June 26, 2012, at 8:50 a.m., the following property: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in Dale Magisterial District, Chesterfield County, Virginia known and designated as Parcel #2, containing 1.00 acre, shown on a plat dated December 7, 1978.
