More criticism for roundabout on Winterfield

There has been previous discussion regarding the wisdom or benefit of the roundabout installed on Winterfield Road, and I have yet to see the value, but the question is this: The design was to accommodate the development of the adjacent property, which has certainly not yet been developed. The whole area is nothing but a fabulous weed garden. Who is responsible for mowing this eyesore, and why is it not being done or enforced to get it cleaned up?

Why make a bad decision to build this traffic boondoggle worse by not maintaining the property?

The Virginia Department of Transportation maintains the rights-of-ways for roads in Chesterfield while the adjacent properties are owned privately. Editor
