20th Annual Aquaculture Field Day, 8:30 a.m., Randolph Farm, 4415 River Road, Ettrick. The Cooperative Extension at Virginia State University (VSU) will hold discussions on greenhouse use for extending the shrimp growing season, fish transportation, VSU fish health diagnostic procedures, Southside Virginia catfish farming developments and opportunities in aquaponics. Shred Identity Theft is a free, metro-wide, crime prevention campaign developed by the Central Virginia Crime Prevention Association in collaboration with local police and sheriff departments. Citizens may bring up to four boxes (no larger than 10" x 13" x 18") of personal documents to be shredded onsite in the Shred Itâ122 document destruction truck.
